We help governing boards, CEOs and CDOs enhance their capacity to raise funds.  

Teapot Mountain Advisory was established in 2019 to help charities and philanthropists understand how to build and optimize fundraising programs.

It has been a privilege to serve non-profits throughout the United States, ranging from healthcare, to historic preservation, and higher education to international humanitarian aid.  

Our services include strategy consulting, advising, and thought partnership with boards and executives.  We are able to bring some of the best practices and innovations through our network of higher education executives, non profit CEOs, chief development officers, and philanthropists.
